The core function of the department is to train Technical Trainers in business related courses, provide shout courses to improve the efficacy of practitioners in all areas of business and clients and offer high quality services to all our clients.

Departmental Objectives

  1. To equip trainees with relevant knowledge, skills attitudes and values, to enable them serve as professional technical trainers/teachers.
  2. To develop research skills in Technical Trainer/teacher Trainees.
  3. To produce technical trainers to meet the market demand.
  4. To develop and implement short courses to bridge competences gaps emerging from the dynamism in all fields of business.
