EGP Registration requirement for Incoming and Existing Suppiers

Supplier Signup on EGP Portal

The National Treasury is rolling out an end-to-end electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system to all procuring entities in both national and county governments as part of public finance management reforms. This is in line with the Presidential directive that the e-GP system be implemented by the first quarter of 2025.

The implementation of e-GP will lead to reduced costs of goods, works, and services; increased transparency in procurement processes and practices; maximization of value for money; enhanced accountability; and standardization of procedures. These and many other mutual benefits will serve procuring entities, suppliers, and the general public.

In light of this, all our suppliers are required to self-register on the e-GP portal, accessible at www.egpkenya.go.ke, before 1st July 2025. Full circular is as shown below.
