The Kenya School of TVET will hold its 46th Physical Graduation Ceremony on Friday, December 5, 2025, at the school’s grounds in Gigiri, starting at 8:30 AM.

| Nov 12, 2025 | Academic Status Concerns | Check status via the portal and contact Heads of Department (HOD) for any issues. |
| Nov 12, 2025 | Name Correction | Check and amend the order/correctness of your names in the student portal. |
| Wed, Dec 3, 2025 | Gown Collection | Collect your gown from your respective HOD. You must show your gate pass. |
| Wed, Dec 4, 2025 | Rehearsal | Mandatory rehearsal is at 2:00 PM. |
| Fri, Dec 5, 2025 | Ceremony Day | Ceremony starts at 8:30 AM. Graduands must be seated by 8:00 AM. |
Guest Limit: Each graduand is allowed to invite a maximum of two (2) guests.
Gate Pass: Your gate pass and passes for your two guests will be generated from your student portal.
